The BookLife Indie Author Forum is the essential conference for self-published authors and those looking to explore the various paths in the ever evolving and expanding world of self-publishing. This one-day, virtual event allows current and future indie authors to tap the expertise of Publishers Weekly and BookLife for industry insights and the most up-to-date information on how to best publish and market their books to reach their individual goals.
Attendees will enter a virtual environment and navigate between a theater that hosts all of the programming, a special New Title Showcase display hall and a networking lounge where people can connect.
All of the downloadable content from the show can be collected and downloaded directly to an attendee’s digital “swag bag” for later viewing.
Upon entering the conference, attendees will be given a personal profile that others will see. The information that you include at registration: first name, last name and your city and state will be pre-populated. You will be able to edit your profile and upload a photo upon arriving. Your profile or “avatar” allows for you and others to easily recognize each other to allow for networking and sharing of information.
